Pompom Pouf goes to London Design Festival!
Pompom Pouf, design Lisa Hilland for Svenskt Tenn, has been selected as one of the items of the exhibition HEMMA at Swedish Ambassador’s Residence during the Design Festival in London. The exhibition also includes beautiful designs by Mia Cullin, Luciano Pasquariello, Karim Rashid, Folkform, Claesson Koivisto Rune, Simon Klenell, Birgitta Hahn and Ingela Håkansson (Tenn Gruppen).
HEMMA is the Swedish word for home. In its London Design Festival context, Hemma is the place where you will find the latest key pieces of design emerging from Sweden. HEMMA combines two things that make Swedish design such a distintive form, tradition and modernity. Using materials such as reindeer skin, felt and crystal, the exhibiting designers produce items which bring new expressions to classic methods. The products are natural in a high-tec way, combining craft with innovation and production with global creativity.
The exhibition is organized and supported by the Swedish Society of Crafts and Design, Embassy of Sweden, the Swedish Trade Council, the Swedish Insitute and Visit Sweden.
